岗位职责：
1、根据项目安排和业务需求，参与产品方案讨论和技术调研，给出解决方案；可独立完成概要设计、详细设计，并编写相关文档；
2、参与公司新项目开发，完成模块的设计、编码、测试工作；
3、现有后端产品的Bug修复，对代码持续进行改进和优化；
4、参与内部测试、部署、实施等工作；
5、听从上级安排，完成上级安排的其他任务。
任职要求：
1、5年以上Java开发经验，Java基础扎实，熟悉B/S结构开发模式、J2EE体系架构及主流开发框架；
2、熟练使用Spring boot、mybatis、Redis、MQ、ES等常用开源框架及中间件；
3、熟练使用关系型数据库如Mysql、SQL Server和PostgreSQL等；
4、熟练掌握Spring Cloud，Spring Cloud Alibaba等微服务框架，掌握微服务各典型组件，深入理解RESTful API设计和开发；
5、熟练使用Git等代码管理工具，熟练使用Maven、Jenkins等开发构建工具；
6、熟悉Linux基本命令，熟悉Nginx/Tomcat等Web应用服务器的使用与配置；
7、熟悉泛微OA系统的运维和二次开发者优先；
8、有医药行业相关软件的开发经验者优先；
9、具有较强逻辑思维能力，学习能力，优秀的沟通协调能力,独立承担较大工作压力；
10、对技术和工作充满热情，具备良好的沟通能力，较强的责任心及团队合作精神；
11、有良好的代码书写规范、注释和单元测试习惯。
