岗位描述
1、负责多平台信息爬取和页面内容的提取分析；
2、构建可重复使用的框架代码以及公共库；
3、参与项目需求实现、技术架构设计及系統优化，负责数据爬取采集、数据ETL加工处理；
4、设计各种策略和算法，提升抓取效果；充分利用带宽资源，避免限制；
5、设计和搭建爬虫平台，包括爬虫任务实时监控、预警、任务自动化等模块开发；

岗位要求
1、计算机及相关专业，本科以上学历3年以上相关工作经验；
2、精通计算机网络，熟练掌握Python，HTML，JS/CSS等技术，熟悉Scrapy、Selenuim框架或其他的Web scraping framework；
3. 熟练掌握Fastapi/Flask/Tornado等web框架的使用，并进行相关项目开发工作；
4、能够解决封账号、封IP采集、验证码识别、图像识别等问题，解决网页抓取、信息抽取等问题，构建完善的网络信息收集平台；
5、熟悉分布式、微服务、高性能服务开发，良好的系統架构设计能力，掌握Polars、PySpark、Flink技术优先
6、熟悉使用MySQL、MongoDB、Redis等中间件，了解常规大数据处理技术如Hadoop、Spark等；
7、熟悉AI Coding，有AI辅助解决反爬经验者优先
加分项：
1、有使用和搭建scrapy、crawlab等三方爬虫平台优先；
2、有分布式云原生爬虫架构经验者优先，有反爬虫、反反爬虫经验者优先；
