Job Responsibilities:
83 Forecast, Budget Analysis
61 Lead plant team to drive process to develop the best annual budget regular forecast
61 Partnership with plant manager to identify all opportunities to maximize profitability through functional target set up
61 Keep eyes open on volume market change from customers side to ensure effective communication with management
61 Prioritize forecast accuracy to fully understwhole business always have contingency plan to offset bad news
61 Educate coach operation commercial team to enhance budget forecast mindset concept
83 Monthly Annual Closing
61 Streamline with FSSC to develop efficient process fmonthly annual closing
61 Ownership faccounting procedure results despite some accounting functions are shared by FSSC
61 Regular review study with team on Balance Sheet to make sure all significant issues being investigated addressed well
61 Work closely with APO corporate accounting team to support conduct annual external audit in proper way
83 Internal Control
61 Take full accountability about internal control to ensure all process well developed designed
61 Take a strong leadership to provide coaching education in plant to emphasize importance of internal control compliance
61 Fully engaged in business operation including purchasing, production, logistic, commercial as well as finance to maintain a robust process workflow
61 Focus more efforts allocate more resources on critical weak area to prevent mistakes issues from happening
61 Develop regular mechanism to ensure APO/country management to be noticed fkey internal control issues
61 Ownership to lead all activities necessary to ensure all FOA SOX audits being satisfied
83 Commercial Market Development
61 Fully participate in process of commercial planning activities to back up fprogram award competitive quotation
61 With clear guidance strategy from APO management to support to develop targeted customers enhance vertical integration business
61 Design develop strong benchmark to assist commercial team to push down LTA requests
61 As key member of plant team to drive more commercial benefits including recovery on tooling ED&D
83Purchasing Control
61 Actively Involve in purchasing process since program quotation fully understcost structure to develop accurate BOM before SOP
61 Fully support Lear to centralize purchasing function if ready, to enhance Lear overall purchasing bargaining power with vendors as well as mitigate compliance
61 Emphasize on Lean process to re-streamline fefficiency improvement leverage resources through centralizing purchasing processganization to maximize Lear benefits
61 Support sponsto integrate among systems(NOMS, QAD, etc) fseamless workflow
61 Ensure regularly review on vendmaster file check process on vendselection to mitigate integrity issues
83Operation support Investment Management
61 Support make sure operation to have right necessary investment to maintain production capacity
61 Work closely with HR team to moniton lab market cost change to support engineering to redesign process flab efficiency
61 Partnership with plant manager collaborate with APO team to well budget Capx investment to support Long Rang Plan
83Business Strategic mindset
61 Always keep eyes open on be very sensitive about Lear overall business strategy development plan
61 Strong mindset interested on understanding Asia China economy change, as well as Auto industry development
83 People Development
61 Fully utilize HR tools resources to conduct regular staff review to develop talents
61 Encourage staff to be creative flexible to learn across functions build up interest to drive business operation
61 Ensure the team growth join together with APO country team to develop talent pool

83 External Relations
61 Banks, Taxation offices, external auditors all other financial regulatory departments to ensure all statutory requirements complied
61 Ensure compliance with AOA requirement
61 Ownership to ensure administration on legal compliance requirements lead plant team to manage documents retention
61 Bridge to liaise with APO country management to support communication fbusiness purpose

Requirements
83 Academic/Professional Education & Relevant Experience & Others Technical Skills/Knowledge
61 Bachelors degree in accounting finance
61 Ideally qualified accountant (CPA/ACCA/CIMA equivalent)
61 10 years total finance experience of which at least 3 more at a manager above level
61 Experience in manufacturing Industry required experience in US listing companies preferred
61 Experience required fERP
61 Experience fQAD/Hyperion preferred
61 Strong English/Mandarin speaking writing
61 China U.S. GAAP
61 SOX experience
61 Good team player leader
61 Can work independently under pressure
61 Strategy mind to business, good internal control mind risk protection mind
