Responsibilities:
• Champion of Asia capital application across all Asia Seating division. Provides solid financial return assessment regarding investment fstakeholder’s decision-making.
• Responsible fPAR/PFA preparation from each seating entity, review, reporting. Provide guidance standard assessment rules as company requirement.
• Communicate proactively with various stakeholders (internally externally) to identify problems, solutions implement improvements.
• Perform well communicate with Asia Functional teams to ensure data accuracy, timeliness, conformity with professional accounting standards best practices in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
• High attention on PAR/PFA proper approval process per global threshold throughout program award to program launch.
• Identify, interpret analyze potential investment risks issues.
• Work closely with program management team fprogram financial profitability, improvement, etc.
• Ability to quick learning on process, systems quick response to the changes requirement.
• Other ad hoc tasks based on requirement.
Qualifications
• Auto industry background is preferred.
• Finance background with 5-10 + finance analysis experience.
• FP&A project analysis experience, sensitive in numbers.
• Excellent English verbal written communication skills, Chinese language is a plus.
• Strong analytical mind interpersonal skills.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• CMA, ACCA Finance certification would be plus.
