5、开展制程质量培训，落实质控要求，规范现场标准化操作。
6、参与新品试制、试产，完成各阶段过程质量验证，按期完成交付。
7、跟进新品量产导入，监控制程质量，持续优化质控方案。
8、组织制程质量评审，排查量产质量风险，预防批量质量事故。
9、推进质量改善与客诉整改，闭环制程问题，符合体系及客户质量要求。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，专业为材料类、机械类、热处理等专业。
2、沟通能力佳，对AQE感兴趣。
