技术要求
1.至少 1年使用 Django 框架开发复杂 Web 应用的经验，熟练使用 Django REST Framework (DRF) 设计和实现高性能、安全的 RESTful API，深刻理解其M、中间件、认证、权限、序列化等机制
2.熟悉 JumpServer 或 MaxKB 源码者优先，了解开源堡垒机、知识管理系统核心逻辑（如权限控制、审计流程、向量数据库应用等）
3.同时具备 Go 或 Java 开发经验者优先，能理解多语言协同开发场景
4.熟悉 Vue.js 技术栈，能理解相关模块代码，理解前端与后端的数据交互逻辑
4.具备容器化部署经验（Docker/Kubernetes）
5.熟悉Shell脚本编写及常用运维工具
6.具备DevOps落地经验者优先
7.具备技术文档编写及客户培训能力
8.抗压性强，可同时处理多优先级任务
9.有参与开源项目经验者优先，特别是熟悉相关领域开源工具
