岗位职责
1. 全面负责工厂EHS管理工作，建立并推行ISO14001/ISO45001管理体系；
2. 制定、修订EHS管理制度、操作规程及应急预案，组织内审与管理评审；
3. 开展危险源辨识与风险评估，建立双重预防机制，组织全厂安全环保消防检查并闭环整改；
4. 监督特殊作业审批与现场安全管理，负责化学品全生命周期安全监管；
5. 组织职业健康体检，建立职业健康档案，跟进职业卫生"三同时"及危害因素检测；
6. 监管废水、废气、固废等环保设施运行，办理排污许可等环保手续，完成政府平台申报；
7. 组织应急预案演练与员工安全培训（三级教育、专项培训），策划安全生产月等活动；
8. 对接环保、应急、卫健、消防等政府部门检查与整改，协调第三方机构；
9. 完成上级交办的其他工作。

任职要求
1. 大专及以上学历，安全工程、环境工程、化工、制药等相关专业；
2. 3年以上制药/化工/制造业EHS管理经验，有无菌制剂行业经验者优先；
3. 熟悉EHS法律法规，掌握ISO14001/ISO45001体系要求，具内审员资格者优先；
4. 熟悉危化品管理、特种设备安全、消防管理、职业卫生等专业知识；
5. 具备风险识别、隐患排查、事故调查及应急处理实操能力；
6. 持有注册安全工程师（中级）、安全员资格证、ISO内审员证或职业卫生管理员证者优先；
7. 沟通协调能力强，原则性好，能独立对接政府部门与跨部门协作；
8. 身体健康，无色盲色弱，。
