岗位职责:
1.参与迭代需求分析、评审和设计，独立完成功能模块的开发、测试及维护，保证系统性能、稳定性等;
2.能够根据团队要求对其他人设计和开发的内容进行审核并提出自己意见;
3.根据相关规定编写相应的技术文档，如接口文档、技术方案等;
4.能对系统进行重构优化，提升系统性能和稳定性;
5.能及时响应，并快速、准确定位和处理系统缺陷、性能等问题。

任职要求:
1.本科及以上学历，5年及以上相关工作经验;
2.熟悉设计模式，熟悉Spring、SpringMVC、SpringBoot、SpringCloud、MyBatis或其他主流开发框架，熟悉微服务、高并发系统的架构设计;
3.精通Mysql、Oracle等常用数据库，具备SQL调优能力;
4.熟练使用Eclipse、IDEA等Java开发工具及Maven、Git等项目管理、版本控制工具;
5.熟悉Redis、MQ消息队列(如RabbitMQ)等开源中间件使用及调优;
6.JAVA基础扎实，业务理解能力强优先;熟悉多线程编程分布式，缓存，消息队列等机制;熟悉JVM，包括内存模型、类加载机制以及性能优化;
7.熟悉容器化部署，docker、k8s有过实战经验的优先
8.有物流、支付等相关经验者优先。
