主要职责：
1.与客户合作，收集和澄清与新产品相关的详细问题，如*终客户、项目名称和预测，以便开发工程团队和产品经理做出回应。
2.根据需要提供新样品构建和鉴定的现场支持，促进客户与SS之间就产品性能和合规性进行沟通，并跟踪进度。
3.定期与客户和工程团队以外的其他团队（如质量和采购团队）进行审查，以了解与客户期望的差距。收集客户痛点和未满足需求的见解，以指导改进。
4.优先考虑关键的客户问题。
5.主动识别即将到来的客户需求，并将其传达给内部团队。
6.在内部讨论中倡导客户的观点，以影响内部团队的重点和资源分配。
资格和技能：
1.工程学学士学位
2.3年以上电缆或电缆组装行业工作经验。
4.优秀的沟通和人际交往能力
5.能够管理客户关系，并在跨职能环境中工作。
6.愿意经常到客户现场

Key Responsibilities:
1. Work with customers to gather clarify new products related detailed questions such as end customers, project names forecast to enable the development engineering team the product manager response.
2. Provide on-site support in new sample build qualification as needed facilitate the communication between customers SS on product performance conformance, track the progress.
3. Conduct regular reviews with customer other teams besides engineering team such as quality purchasing teams to understthe gap against customers’ expectations. Gather insights on customer pain points unmet needs to guide enhancements.
4. Prioritize critical customer issues.
5. Proactively identify upcoming customer requirements communicate them to the internal teams.
6. Advocate fthe customers perspective in internal discussions to influence the internal team’s focus resource allocation.

Qualifications & Skills:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
2. 3+ years more of experience in cable cable assembly industry.
4. Excellent communication interpersonal skills
5.Ability to manage customer relationships work in a cross-functional environment.
6. Willingness to be onsite at customer locations frequently.
