Complete all necessary clinical documentation in an accurate timely manner
Support other clinical routine activities under the instruction of clinic manager
任职资格：
- 心理学等相关专业硕士及以上学历
- 国家二级心理咨询师，接受培训和督导时数＞200h
- 具备EAP咨询资质
- 三年以上专职企业心理咨询相关经验，从事过员工减压、危机干预、团队凝聚力建设等实际项目，面询&电话经验＞200h，能熟悉运用咨询理论与技术独立处理轻、中度的心理问题。
- 有相关心理急救证书或者相关危机干预能力，处理过各种危机干预事件＞50人次。
- 擅长撰写心理学科普文章
- 可以开展心理学相关培训：制作课件，积累培训时长100小时以上
- 熟练运用office办公软件和SPSS统计软件
- 具有一定的多元文化企业工作经验
- 性格开朗，心态开放，具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神, 能够承受工作压力
- 具备良好的沟通能力, 能使用英语作为工作语言和外籍人士沟通者优先考虑
