Own the technical operations long-term sustainability of the companys core business system after delivery. As the internal technical expert, you will work closely with external vendors the Groups international technology team to ensure system stability, operational independence, continuous technical alignment.

Key Responsibilities | 主要职责
Serve as the internal technical expert fthe companys core system, with a thorough understanding of its architecture, data flow, key dependencies.担任公司核心业务系统的内部技术专家，全面理解系统架构、数据流及关键技术依赖。
Review external venddeliverables, including code, architecture, technical documentation, to ensure delivery quality completeness. 审核外部供应商交付成果，包括代码、系统架构及技术文档，确保交付质量及完整性。
Establish maintain a controlled CI/CD pipeline, containerized deployment, operations runbooks, emergency response SOPs, disaster recovery plans, ensuring deployment rollback remain independent of the vendor. 建立并维护自主可控的 CI/CD 流程、容器化部署体系、运维手册（Runbook）、应急响应标准流程（SOP）及灾难恢复方案，确保系统部署及回滚不依赖供应商。
Build operate an independent 7×24 monitoring system. Independently deploy, troubleshoot, maintain the system when vendsupport is unavailable. 建立并运营独立的 7×24 监控体系；在供应商无法提供支持时，能够独立完成系统部署、故障修复及日常运维。
ganize disaster recovery drills drive technical knowledge retention to strengthen system resilience reduce dependency on external vendors. 定期组织灾备演练，推动技术知识沉淀，提升系统恢复能力，降低对单一外部供应商的依赖。
Collaborate with the Groups international technology team on architecture alignment security compliance, support post-delivery stabilization, go-live verification, continuous technical alignment. 与集团国际技术团队开展架构对齐及安全合规协作，支持系统交付后的稳定运行、上线验证及持续技术对齐。
Manage third-party service dependencies maintain vendexit readiness, including contract ownership, transition planning, replacement timelines. 管理第三方服务依赖及供应商退出准备工作，包括合同归属、供应商交接及替换计划。
Requirements | 任职要求
Bachelors degree above in Computer Science a related field, with 5+ years of software development system operations experience. 计算机科学或相关专业本科及以上学历，5年以上软件开发及系统运维经验。
Expert in Java Spring Boot, with solid experience in Spring MVC, Spring Security, MyBatis/JPA, RESTful APIs, Maven/Gradle, Git. 精通 Java 及 Spring Boot 技术栈，熟悉 Spring MVC、Spring Security、MyBatis/JPA、RESTful API、Maven/Gradle 及 Git。
Familiar with Vue (Vue 2/3), JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, frontend engineering, API integration. 熟悉 Vue（Vue 2/3）、JavaScript/TypeScript、HTML/CSS、前端工程化及接口集成。
Familiar with MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, common middleware, caching, queuing, database performance optimization. 熟悉 MySQL、PostgreSQL、Redis、MongoDB、常用中间件、缓存、消息队列及数据库性能优化。
Familiar with Linux, Nginx, Docker, CI/CD, at least one mainstream cloud platform. Kubernetes experience is preferred. 熟悉 Linux、Nginx、Docker、CI/CD 及至少一种主流云平台，具备 Kubernetes 经验者优先。
Experienced in monitoring, alerting, log analysis, production troubleshooting, 7×24 operational support. 熟悉监控、告警、日志分析及生产环境故障排查，并具备 7×24 系统运维及应急响应经验。
Working proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate with the Groups international technology team read technical documentation. 具备良好的英文工作能力，能够与集团国际技术团队沟通协作，并熟练阅读英文技术文档。
Strong technical documentation, cross-functional communication, vendcoordination skills. Experience with outsourced projects is a plus. 具备良好的技术文档编写、跨团队沟通及供应商技术协调能力；有供应商管理或外包项目经验者优先。
Preferred Qualifications | 加分项
Experience building monitoring systems disaster recovery frameworks from scratch. 有从零搭建监控系统或灾难恢复体系的经验。
Familiarity with source code escrow IP management. 熟悉源码托管（Source Code Escrow）及知识产权管理。
Experience in Business Continuity Management (BCM). 具备业务连续性管理（Business Continuity Management，BCM）经验。
Experience taking over third-party codebases operating them independently. 有接管第三方代码并独立维护运营的经验。
