任职资格：
1.本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、电子信息等相关专业
2.熟练掌握 Java 基础语法、集合框架、多线程、IO、JVM 原理等核心知识，熟悉面向对象编程思想。
3.精通主流 Java 开发框架，如 Spring、Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis/MyBatis-Plus 等，了解其底层实现原理。
4.掌握至少一种关系型数据库（MySQL、Oracle 等）和非关系型数据库（Redis、MongoDB 等），能熟练编写优化 SQL 语句，了解数据库索引、事务原理。
5.熟悉常用中间件的使用，如 RabbitMQ、RocketMQ、Nacos、Dubbo 等，了解分布式系统基础理论。
6.掌握 Git、Maven/Gradle 等开发工具的使用，具备良好的代码规范意识和文档编写能力。
7.具备良好的逻辑思维、问题排查能力与学习能力，有责任心和团队协作精神，能承受一定的工作压力。
工作时间：9：00-6：00，周末双休，节假日正常休息。入职试用期内缴纳五险一金。
