岗位职责
负责公司核心 AI 服务端系统的功能开发、优化和维护，包括大模型工程侧后端研发、对话系统、记忆系统、RAG 等模块的工程侧实现；
参与业务需求分析，提供合理的技术方案，并独立完成功能设计与编码实现；
负责大模型推理侧 API 接口设计与开发，确保系统稳定性、低延时和可扩展性。

任职要求
计算机科学或相关专业本科及以上学历，3年以上 Python/Go 开发经验，熟悉 Go 常用标准库、并发编程模型（goroutine、channel），常用框架（Gin、gRPC 等）；
有1年以上 AI 后端工作经验，熟悉基本 AI Agent 架构和设计思路，能够快速构建 AI 应用；
熟悉 FunctionCall 等 Tools 调用，熟悉 openai 等对话接口，Prompt 优化等 LLM 模型调用链路；
熟悉 FastAPI 等 Python/Go Web 框架和微服务框架，有后端开发系统设计和开发经验。
加分项
有高并发、大规模分布式系统的设计与优化经验；
了解云原生生态（Docker、Kubernetes、Service Mesh 等），熟悉常见日志、监控与告警体系（Prometheus、Grafana、ELK 等）；
有大模型推理加速优化经验优先。
