5. 具备较强的分析和解决问题的能力，良好的沟通能力、团队合作精神和服务意识；善于思考，积极主动、认真负责、具有高度责任感和敬业精神；能承受一定的工作压力，能够适应快节奏的工作环境
6. 985/211院校本科毕业优先，对支付清结算、会计知识有一定项目经验者优先
