岗位总体目标：
负责验证活动的执行，协助验证经理根据验证计划组织开展各项验证活动，包括但不限于：厂房/设施/设备验证、清洁验证、工艺验证、方法验证、计算机化系统验证，确保公司的各项验证活动符合现行法律法规的要求。

工作职责：
1）负责验证文件的起草，包括：URS、DQ、IQ、OQ、PQ。根据工作需要参与FAT和SAT。
2）负责起草、审核及修订验证相关SOP文件，并对验证体系的优化提出建议。
3）审核并跟踪验证过程中的偏差、变更、风险评估，确保所有异常情况均按照相应的程序处理和关闭。
4）负责验证文件的收集、整理，确保验证文件及时、正确、有序的归档。
5）负责原液设备的shou次验证和再验证工作，包括但不限于反应器、液氮罐、反应釜、负压隔离器、层析系统、超滤系统、除病毒过滤系统等。
6）作为验证SME，解决与验证相关的问题。
7）协调组织复杂的涉及多部门的验证工作。
8）负责验证仪器的日常管理。
9）完成领导安排的其他工作。

任职资格：
1.药学、生物、化学相关专业本科及以上学历。
2.本科5年以上验证相关工作经验，其中3年以上原液设备的验证经验，具有复杂项目的验证经验。具有CSV验证经验的优先。
3.良好的英语阅读和书写能力，熟练掌握常用的办公软件。熟悉生物药领域的验证法规要求，熟练使用主要的验证设备（如温湿度验证设备、灭菌验证设备等），了解原液设备的基本原理。
4.沟通表达: 清晰准确地将信息或想法传达给个人或团体，协助他们理解；积极聆听他人的意见。
5.积极主动: 行事积极主动，及时采取行动达成工作目标。
6.持续学习: 积极寻求学习本模块知识的途径；定期利用学习机会；将新获得的知识和技巧应用于工作，并从应用中进一步学习。
7.质量导向: 完成任务时能全面仔细考虑所涉及的领域；关注工作的所涉及的方面；准确的检查流程及任务；持续保持关注。
8.工作管理: 妥善管理个人的时间及资源，确保用有效率的方式完成工作。
