诺纳生物是一家致力于推动尖端技术创新的全球生物技术公司。我们提供从理念到新药临床试验申请的端到端解决方案，涵盖从靶点验证、抗体发现到临床前研究的全流程。诺纳生物拥有一支在治疗性抗体发现领域经验丰富的专业团队，作为临床前研究团队的重要组成部分，AIDD小组致力于应用人工智能方法解决抗体发现过程中的实际工业难题。主要职责：• 收集并清理不同项目的数据，建立内部数据基准• 开发并改进现有AI/ML模型，以支持抗体设计与优化• 探索前沿AIDD技术，包括但不限于蛋白质语言模型、扩散模型等用于从头抗体生成的创新方案基本要求：• 计算机科学、应用数学、计算生物学或相关领域的学士/硕士/博士学位• 熟练掌握Python编程，精通PyTorch或TensorFlow等深度学习框架• 熟悉Linux操作系统环境• 具备流利的英语沟通能力• 自我驱动、善于协作，对AI药物研发充满热情• 能保证至少3个月实习期（优先考虑6个月）优先条件：• 具有扎实的AIDD模型实战经验，熟悉AlphaFold等蛋白结构预测工具在抗原-抗体分析中的应用，或掌握RFdiffusion等从头抗体设计工具• 具备药物研发基础知识，特别是蛋白质、抗体与多肽相关领域• 在顶级期刊（如CNS及其子刊）或AI顶会（ICML、NeurIPS、ICLR等）有发表经验实习津贴（不含食宿）：本科：125元/天硕士：150元/天博士：200元/天
