工作职责：

作为集团财务分析，通过合同审阅、预算分析和管控，确保资金高效按计划使用，为管理层和项目负责人等提供有用的财务信息。
1. 按月编制成本中心预算和实际对比报告和项目预实对比报告；
2. 协助年度预算编制和季度滚动预测；
3. 跟踪公司重点项目的研发进展、合同执行情况和预算使用情况；
4. 支持并参与系统升级和系统等自动化项目（如有）

任职资格：
教育与专业资质
• 统招本科及以上学历，财务、会计、金融、经济等相关专业。
• 持有CPA、CMA、ACCA等专业资格证书者优先。
工作经验
• 5年左右财务分析、预算管理或审计相关工作经验。
• 具备医药、医疗器械、生物科技或相关健康产业工作经验，熟悉医药行业商业模式、药物研发基本流程和财务特点优先。
• 有四大会计师事务所经验或大型企业财务分析经验者优先
• 分析能力：出色的数据处理、分析和逻辑推理能力，能构建财务模型。
• 工具应用：精通Excel（熟练使用数据透视表、函数、图表），熟练使用PPT；有ERP及Power BI、Tableau等BI工具和预算管理系统经验优先
• 优秀的英语读写能力（能处理英文合同）
