2、负责编制电器件的企业标准，确保符合行业规范及客户需求，主导硬件设计规范、DFM/DFTchecklist的更新迭代，确保符合ISO26262（功能安全）或IEC60730（家电安全）标准；
3、主导电路版改善项目，针对市场反馈的不良问题进行深入分析并提出改善方案，如加热管功率动态调节导致的EMC超标、多电机协同噪声抑制；
4、寻源驱动新技术、新电器件以及新功能，设计低功耗模式（如待机功耗＜0.5W），推动产品符合能源之星、中国能效标识等要求，以满足公司产品升级需求。
岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，电子工程、电气自动化等相关专业毕业；
2、拥有3年以上家电行业电控硬件开发工作经验；
3、熟悉WIFI、蓝牙、AC/DC电机驱动，熟悉TI CC2592射频前端设计方案；
4、熟练掌握protel设计软件，能够独立完成电路设计；
5、熟悉NSF/ANSI洗碗机认证标准，了解IH加热技术，掌握热效率≥90%的设计要点；
6、具备项目全周期管理经验，有较强的项目交付能力。
