2. 熟悉各类验证工作要点，能够独立审核各类验证方案和报告。
3. 有车间现场质量监控工作经验；能够独立落实偏差调查及变更处理；具有数据统计分析能力，完成产品质量回顾分析；能够对药品生产过程的各种风险进行分析与评价；能对物料审核放行，对批生产记录审核评价。
4. 有良好的沟通、解决实际问题能力，责任心强，能够承担适当的工作压力。
任职要求：
1. 药学分析或相关专业毕业，统招本科及以上学历；
2. 有在中药制剂厂从事液相、气相等仪器操作1年以上的工作经验；
3. 有执业药师或中级职称优先录用；
4. 熟悉数据库管理，有较强信息数据库管理呢能力者优先录用。
