1、根据原理图进行PCB Layout，独立完成PCB设计并参与PCB评审工作；
2、根据产品需求进行Layout可行性评估；
3、辅助硬件设计师完成项目方案的设计；
4、负责建设元器件基础数据库；
5、负责PCB设计、数据库建设等规范的编写和培训；
6、负责PCB板级的SI、PI仿真分析并优化。
任职要求：
1、具有5年以上PCB Layout设计经验，具有20层以上PCB Layout经验；
2、具有EMC、SI、PI理论基础并能运用EDA软件进行仿真验证和优化；
3、具有丰富的可制造性、热设计、安规方面设计经验；
4、熟练掌握Cadence、AD、CAM350、AutoCAD、ADS、Sigrity等EDA软件；
5、具有DDR、PCIE、MIPI、25Gbps Serdes等高速信号以及背板、交换/服务器主板、数模混合板、HDI板等PCB设计经验；
6、工作勤奋主动有责任心，具有良好的沟通能力和团队精神。
