【岗位职责】
1.负责公司Tiktok店铺产品上传及维护，包括产品描述、图片、价格等，并根据库存或市场变化及时调整。
2.负责TikTok链接推广运营，包括促销活动设置、订单结构及补贴构成分析、设置产品合作佣金比例等；
3.负责社交媒体平台维护，包括日常网红联络、准备推广Brief、样品寄送与追踪、素材收集与编辑等；
4.及时处理客户反馈，提升售后服务质量；
5.对计划推广链接做目标管理，维护链接好评率和低退货率；
6.每日更新链接产品库存情况，确保线上库存信息与实际库存同步；
7.完成上级交办的其他事项。

【任职需求】
1.本科及以上学历，英语6级及以上（能够和老外英语书面沟通）；有社媒相关经验优先，可接受优秀应届生；
2.能够熟练使用Excel/Word等表格工具，具备基础数据分析能力和敏感度；
3.性格外向，工作积极主动，具备良好的沟通协作能力，擅长社交。
4.对社媒相关工作具备激情，具备简单视频剪辑能力；
5.熟悉海外社交媒体的特点和规则，了解海外用户的喜好和习惯
