岗位职责：
1. 负责基于YOLO系列算法（YOLOv5/v8等）的视觉检测系统后端开发与落地实施。
2. 设计并实现高并发、低延迟的视觉检测推理服务，利用Flask/FastAPI等框架构建RESTful API或gRPC接口。
3. 负责视频流（RTSP/GB28181）解析、图像预处理、后处理（NMS、逻辑过滤）及检测结果的结构化存储与分发
4. 针对不同硬件平台（NVIDIA Jetson、x86 GPU、ARM CPU）进行推理加速，熟练运用TensorRT等推理框架进行模型转换与优化。
5. 编制规范的技术文档，包括软件设计说明书、用户手册（软件部分）
6. 参与出厂及现场调试和技术支持，解决设备运行中的软件故障
7. 负责数据采集，标注，模型训练
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，电气工程、自动化相关专业
2.3年以上Python开发经验，熟悉PyTorch框架
3.精通多线程/异步编程（Asyncio）、网络编程，熟悉Linux开发环境。熟悉面向对象设计和设计模式。
4.熟悉Git协作流程、Docker容器化部署
5.熟悉常见的数据库，比如SQL server，redis等
6.熟悉OpenCV、NumPy、Pillow等图像处理库
7.掌握python相关的web服务，接口通信，pyqt库等
