We are seeking an experienced Lean Manager to drive continuous improvement initiatives across our Thailoperations.
Responsibilities:
• Lead implement Lean manufacturing principles, tools, practices, with a focus on the new project facility.
• Develop execute Lean roadmaps tailored to plastic mold manufacturing processes, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, waste reduction projects to improve productivity, quality, efficiency.
• Train, coach, mentlocal teams in Lean methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain) to identify improvement opportunities ensure sustainable results.
• Monitor, analyze, report on Lean project outcomes, ensuring clear metrics performance tracking.
• Support the setup optimization of layouts, workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs) fthe new Chonburi plant.
Education & Experiences:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, a related field.
• Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing, with full knowledge of Lean principles tools. Six Sigma Black Belt certification is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years’ hands-on experience implementing Lean in a manufacturing environment, preferably in plastics, molding, related industries.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English (both written spoken) is essential.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Strong project management, facilitation, training skills.
• Experience in supporting new plant setup expansion projects is advantageous.
• Fluent English skill.
