岗位职责：
1. 参与大型保险产线业务系统开发和维护项目的实施，负责需求侧端到端交付；
2. 独立对接海外目标区域保险行业客户，收集并分析客户的寿险/财险业务需求（承保、批改、续保、再保、理赔），快速澄清痛点与优先级；
3. 针对需求与系统差异，输出可行的业务解决方案、影响评估及落地计划，并负责与客户侧*终确认；
4. 独立完成英文需求文档和测试用例的撰写，组织并执行系统测试、回归测试及 UAT，确保功能按期交付；
5. 跟踪版本上线后的数据表现与用户反馈，持续迭代优化，形成可复用的需求资产与知识库；
6. 作为客户与开发、测试、运维之间的接口，协调资源、管控进度与风险，保障项目验收质量。

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，金融、保险、管理、信息科技及相关专业优先
2. 英语听说读写俱佳，可以熟练作为工作语言，有海外学习或工作经历者优先
3. 具有2年以上大型产寿险公司工作经验，熟悉寿险或财产险承保、批改、续保、再保、理赔等业务流程，在大型保险公司信息技术部门参与过保险软件系统设计和实施者优先；
4. 具备较强的逻辑思维能力和学习能力，与跨部门沟通能力，善于沟通表达
