3.熟悉MySQL数据库、熟悉Redis，有数据库维护和调优经验者优先;
4.扎实的计算机理论基础，熟悉常用的设计模式，对linux操作系统和常用命令运用娴熟
5.良好的编码习惯和代码能力，思路清晰，善于思考，具备一定的系统设计能力
6.责任心强，具备比较好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
