1、本科及本科以上学历，熟悉软件开发的流程,对行业有前瞻性思考,精通Java EE Web开发相关技术及SSM框架与Springboot及Spring cloud
2、熟悉基于Oracle的应用开发,具备Oracle项目调优的实战经验者优先;
3、5年以上从业经验,作为骨干参与过至少三个大型实战项目开发，担任过大型行业项目经理;
4、较好的语言表达能力和概括能力，善于将知识点的实战经验通俗化和条理化者尤佳;
5、对软件架构设计数据库表冗余性和一致性设计编程模式等有独立思考;
6、有vue与微信小程序开发经验者优先;
7、在企业从事过新入职员工导师者优先,有培训授课经验者优先。
