4.熟悉主流开发框架（Spring Boot、Django/Flask等）及数据库技术
5.具备良好的表达能力和逻辑思维能力，热爱教育事业

1.了解C++语言及底层开发原理
2.具备扎实的数据结构与算法基础，有算法竞赛或刷题经验
