工作职责
1.负责规范内部检验标准。
2.协助品质工程师带队出差

任职资格：
所受教育与工作经历要求
1、中专/高中（含）以上学历，且须有2年以上QA工作经验。
2、熟悉LCM生产工艺流程。
3、组织、沟通、协调能力强。
4、工作积极、主动、责任心强。
必备知识与特殊技能要求
1、丰富的产品知识，熟悉相关品质检验操作流程。
2、极强的工作能力和沟通协调能力，擅于思考，勇于创新。
3、熟练操作相关的办公软件。
4、良好的职业道德，端正的工作态度，严守企业秘密。
5、良好的交际、沟通、协调能力，能有效对下属进行工作指导及培训。
6、有胆识、有魄力，能创新。

心理：有较好的心理素质，能承受较大的工作压力，具备敬业精神、团队精神、诚实正直。
培训要求
1.任职前有接受过原材料和成品检验标准的培训，了解品质管理相关知识。
