5、员工关系：处理入离调转、劳资纠纷，规避用工风险
6、业务协同：深入业务一线，提供HR解决方案，输出人力分析报告支持业务决策
任职要求：
1、学历：本科及以上，人力/工商管理/市场营销等相关专业优先
2、经验：5年以上服装/零售行业人资经验，3年以上人资经理岗位经历
3、能力：擅长规模化招聘，尤其是终端零售人员的批量招聘、具备人才梯队建设和培养体系搭建经验、熟悉薪酬方案设计、人本管控及绩效管理工具、熟练使用Excel，具备人力数据分析能力
4、素质：业务导向、执行力强、自驱力强、能适应快节奏和出差
有服装/零售行业背景者优先考虑；
