一、岗位职责
1、负责后端核心服务架构设计、代码开发与性能优化，保证系统高可用、高并发、可扩展。
2、参与需求分析、技术方案评审，主导复杂业务模块/微服务架构落地。
3、基于AI工具(如代码生成、接口调试、文档生成、自动化测试等)提升研发效率与质量。解决线上疑难问题、性能瓶颈、内存泄漏、死锁、GC调优等核心故障。
二、任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业。
2、至少3年Java后端开发经验，有大型分布式/高并发项目优先。
3、扎实Java基础:集合、多线程、JVM、IO/NIO、反射、动态代理等。熟练使用 Spring Boot/Spring Cloud/MyBatis/Redis/MQ等主流框架。
4、熟悉微服务架构:服务治理、配置中心、网关、链路追踪等。熟练使用MySQL、PostgreSQL等数据库，
5、熟悉并能实际落地AI开发工具: Cursor、GitHub Copilot、CodeGeeX、通义灵码等。
