4、技术革新与设备管理：领导建立完善的设备维护保养体系，并积极推动关键技术改造与升级项目，为生产效率的跨越式提升提供核心动力。
5、安全与环境保障：作为工厂EHS（环境、健康、安全）*责任人，建立并巩固“零事故”安全文化，确保所有操作全面符合国家及行业规范。
6、团队与人才建设：致力于打造高绩效、高凝聚力的生产团队，通过有效激励、系统化培养与梯队建设，为公司储备未来的技术与管理骨干。
【任职要求】
我们期待您具备以下资质与能力：
1、经验背景：拥有8年以上烘焙或食品行业生产管理经验，其中至少5年担任烘焙工厂厂长同等岗位管理职位，具备全面管理经验。
2、专业知识：
精通烘焙食品生产工艺与质量控制要点。
熟练掌握精益生产、成本控制及安全生产标准化等现代工厂管理方法。
熟悉ISO9001、ISO22000/HACCP等管理体系的运行与维护。
3、核心能力：
优秀的领导力：善于激励团队，在复杂情境下能做出果断决策。
系统性解决问题能力：坚持数据驱动，善于从根源分析并解决复杂生产问题。
出色沟通协调力：具备强大的跨部门沟通能力，能有效协同研发、质量、供应链等团队。
抗压与创新精神：能适应快节奏工作环境，并具备持续推动改进与创新的能力。
4、学历要求：大专及以上学历，食品科学、机械工程、企业管理等相关专业优先。
