岗位职责：

-负责后台服务的需求分析、架构设计及开发；

-发现和解决业务系统的技术问题，保证系统的性能和稳定性；

-协同横向团队跨团队沟通协作，确保系统架构内外设计合理，保障项目质量与进度；

-发现现有服务系统的架构或设计的不足并推动优化解决；

任职要求：

-本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业；

- 3年以上的Java，Spring技术栈开发经验；

-深入理解io、多线程、集合等基础框架、JVM内存管理、类加载机制、熟练掌握故障排查和性能调优技能；

- 熟练掌握主流SQL、No SQL数据库、缓存、消息机制、分布式架构；

- 熟悉linux平台，熟悉shell编程，有扎实的数据库基础；

- 扎实的数据结构算法基础，深入理解面向对象编程思想，熟练掌握单元测试；

- 具有较好的分析复杂问题和解决复杂问题的能力，有强烈的责任心和使命感，良好的沟通表达能力和团队协作能力；

- Kubernetes(k8s)、Elasticsearch、图数据库、Kotlin开发经验者优先

- 有Android应用商店后端开发经验者优先。
