3. 设计并实现与大语言模型、RAG系统、Agent框架集成的后端服务，优化数据处理流程和算法调用效率，确保系统响应性能
4. 负责数据库设计与优化（MySQL/PostgreSQL），构建Redis缓存策略和消息队列机制，提升系统吞吐量和数据一致性
5. 制定后端开发技术规范与代码审查标准，指导初级工程师完成高质量代码交付，推动DevOps流程落地和自动化测试体系建设
6. 参与新商科数智化人才培养产品的技术攻关，解决复杂业务场景下的技术难题，保障系统在高校及企业端大规模应用时的稳定性
任职要求：
1. 硕士及以上学历，国内重点院校或海外知名高校计算机科学与技术、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业毕业
2. 3年以上后端开发经验，精通C#(.NET Core/.NET 6+)或Python(FastAPI/Django/Flask)至少一门语言，具备另一门语言的实战经验者优先
3. 深入理解微服务架构设计原则，熟练掌握Docker/Kubernetes容器化部署，有AWS/Azure/阿里云等云平台实际项目经验
4. 精通MySQL/PostgreSQL数据库设计与性能调优，熟练使用Redis缓存、RabbitMQ/Kafka消息队列，具备分布式系统设计能力
5. 熟悉AI相关后端开发，有大语言模型API集成、向量数据库（如Milvus/Pinecone）使用经验，了解RAG系统和Agent框架的后端实现原理
6. 具备强烈的目标感和执行力，坚持"今日事今日毕"，具有主人翁意识和团队协作精神；良好的沟通表达能力，能将技术方案清晰传达给非技术人员
