岗位职责:
协助中央采购部经理完成日常的工作任务，负责行政服务类、搭建类、市场服务等其他服务类采购，涵盖采购需求对接、供应商开发和评估、采购计划制定、招标文件及评分标准的制定、招标采购流程执行、合同及付款跟进、采购数据分析、ERP系统流程优化等。
主要职责
1.协助制定采购策略
建立采购品类台账及数据分析，制定采购策略和优化计划。
提出采购流程优化，系统流程优化建议
2.供应商开发与管理
开发、筛选并维护供应商资源，组织供应商评估、比价与资质审核
建立供应商沟通和管理机制，
定期对供应商的服务质量、服务满意度进行评估和考核，不断提升和优化供应商服务质量及满意度
3.日常采购执行
采购需求的对接和梳理，深入了解采购需求
供应商的开发、筛选及评估
采购计划制定、招标文件的编写及评分标准的制定
招标采购执行，有招投标经验，保证流程合规严谨
采购数据分析
4.非日常采购项目
完成上级主管指派的其他工作
供应商入库管理、系统流程优化及非生成物料主数据管理
任职资格
本科以上学历，三年以上采购相关工作经验，拥有采购知识，招投标知识，公开招投标和招标代理项目经验，沟通协同能力强。
