岗位职责：
1、不良产品分析，包括NPI部分，量产部分，RMA部分，输出完整的解析报告；
2、将分析结果反馈给相关部门，对问题点进行跟踪，闭环；
3、熟练office办公软件(Excel,PPT,Word), 输出中文/英文FA报告；
4、对失效分析方法进行不断的完善，开发，改进；
5、对维修人员进行技能培训。
任职要求：
1、大专或以上学历，电子相关专业，英语良好，具备良好和听说读写能力；
2、熟悉模拟与数字电路，具有较强的电路分析能力；
3、熟练掌握产品FA解析方法和技能，熟悉电子元器件的工作原理和失效模式，熟练使用万用表，示波器，频谱仪等分析工具；
4、三年以上电子产品失效分析工作经验，具有蓝牙耳机，智能音箱，WIFI/蓝牙模块，无线RF模块，手机等工作经验优先；
5、具有高工作责任感，和一定的抗压能力。
