任职要求：
1、统招本科及以上学历，计算机及相关专业毕业，4年以上研发经验，1年以上团队管理经验；
2、精通java编程语言，熟练使用eclipse、IDEA等主流开发工具，熟悉j2ee体系架构；
3、熟练应用 javascript，ajax，jsp，vue 等常用 web技术；
4、熟悉mysql、oracle及达梦、金仓等主流数据库，熟练使用sql，熟悉向量化技术；
5、熟悉机器学习、深度学习、自然语言处理(NLP)、等AI技术的基本原理和应用场景；
6、了解常见算法(如分类、聚类、神经网络)的优缺点及适用场景；
7、熟悉主流框架下进行AI智能体编排与调试优化
8、品行优良，适应长期艰苦奋斗，学习与沟通表达能力良好。
