从事多模态大模型实时互动方向产品研发和客户支撑工作。
负责大模型应用调优:包括prompt工程、Agent应用、RAG。
支撑客户集成大模型互动方案
能力要求描述
拥有扎实的计算机基础，计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历，有3年以上工作经验。
熟悉prompt工程、RAG策略，熟悉langchain等框架，熟悉NLP基本算法，在自然语言处理相关领域中至少一个方向有一定的实践经验。
熟悉并掌握至少一种常用深度学习的框架：Paddle，Pytorch，Tensorflow。
熟悉FFmpeg、WebRTC、Mediapile等开源多媒体框架者优先。
熟练掌握Java或Python语言, 可选掌握C/C++或者GO技术栈，有跨平台开发经验者优先。
具有良好的沟通能力，和良好的团队合作精神。
