岗位职责：
1. 负责国际支付业务指标体系建设，清晰、完整地刻画业务现状，为业务发展提供关键数据支撑；
2. 深入理解业务，通过严谨的量化分析、数据挖掘、AB实验等形成数据洞察和策略迭代建议，数据驱动业务发展；
3. 在支持业务发展中，善于思考、总结，沉淀分析方法与数据效率工具。
任职要求：
1. 计算机/统计学/数学等相关专业统招本科及以上学历；
2. 熟练使用SQL/Python等统计分析工具，掌握数理统计与AB实验原理，熟悉关联分析、逻辑回归等分析方法；
3. 沟通表达、逻辑思维能力优秀，有敏锐的数据洞察力，独立思考、严谨细致，有较强的数据驱动意识；
4. 具备优秀的组织和协作能力，工作自驱，积极乐观，有较强的责任心与ownership；
5. 具备较强的学习能力，有强烈的求知欲和进取心；
6. 在支付、金融、信贷等领域有相关的工作经验及行业经验者优先。
