任职资格:

1、计算机或相关专业本科以上学历，3年以上开发经验，具有扎实的计算机基础理论知识；

2、掌握主流数据库的应用，掌握MySQL数据库的开发、配置、管理、调试熟练，掌握SQL查询优化，熟悉基于mysgl、nosql等数据库的设计和开发，熟悉Redis,并且有相关开发经验;’

3、精通至少一门服务端编程语言，包括Java、Python等，熟悉网络编程基础知识，具备较强的分析能力，精通springmvc、springboot、dubbo等开源技术框架；

4、有大型互联网、IT公司经验或大型分布式系统开发经验者优先；

5、能够独立设计、搭建、运维一个包含前后端的web项目。
