1、3年及以上Java开发经验，精通面向对象设计开发，熟悉各种常用设计模式；
2、精通MySQL数据库，精通Linux操作系统；
3、熟悉kafka、RocketMQ消息引擎，熟悉主流的缓存框架Redis、ignite，熟悉xxl-job分布式的任务调度平台
4、熟练掌握Spring Boot、Mybatis开源框架；
5、熟悉SpringCloud、Dubbo等微服务解决方案；
6、熟悉gis栅格优先；
7、有良好的软件工程知识和质量意识；有较强的分析问题和解决问题的能力;
8、有较强的逻辑思维能力，对技术有强烈的兴趣，具有良好的学习能力；
9、有良好的沟通能力和代码编写规范习惯；具有良好的团队合作能力；
