2.精通 Python 开发，熟悉大模型（GPT、DeepSeek等）API 调用与微调，了解 LangChain、LlamaIndex 等智能体开发框架；
3.具备目标规划、强化学习、多智能体协作等相关技术储备，理解智能体决策链路；
4.有业务场景 AI 应用落地经验，具备良好的问题排查能力与逻辑思维；
