熟悉并能熟练运用 MySQL / Redis / ElasticSearch 等中间件与数据库，具备数据库设计与性能优化经验；
具备扎实的编码功底和良好的工程化思维，追求卓越的代码质量与可维护性
拥有良好的沟通表达能力与团队协作精神，能够主动推动项目进展
加分项：
有 AI 应用开发经验（包括前后端 AI 技术集成或 AI 产品落地）
