岗位职责
1、业务需求洞察与方案设计:深入供应链计划生产排程，物料控制等业条场号，理解痛点并转化为可落地的技术需求。
2、供应链系统开发与集成:基于Java技术栈开发高可用、可扩展的供应链系统模块，确保系统架构符合业务演进需求。
3、数字化业务赋能:担任供应链Digital BP角色，主动识别业务优化机会，推动AI/运筹优化等技术在供应链场景的落地，培训业务团队使用系统工具，建立数据驱动的决策文化。
5、系统架构与技术治理:维护供应链系统技术蓝图，确保模块化设计、接口规范与数据一致性。监控系统性能，主导技术升级与风险防控。
任职要求:
1、技术能力:精通 Java开发，熟悉SpringBoot/Cloud等主流框架，具备分布式系统开发经验。熟悉供应链系统架构(微服务/事件驱动掌SQL/NoSQL数据库及消息中间件等)，
2、双一流本科以上学历，1-3年参与制造业项目经验，能吃苦耐劳。
4、精通供应链计划与物控业务逻辑(如:MRP运算、产能约束、库存策略、齐套分析)
5、熟悉供应链主流系统模块(ERP计划模块MES调度引擎、WMS库存模型)的运行机制优先。
