岗位职责：
1.后端：精通 Java，深耕 Spring Boot / Cloud 体系，具备微服务架构经验。熟练使用 MySQL/PostgreSQL 及其性能优化。熟练使用Redis、kafka等中间件，熟悉Linux。
2.前端：熟悉 Vue或React，能独立负责业务模块的交互实现。
3.Vibe Coding：熟练使用至少一种Vibe Coding工具，例如 Claude Code、GitHub Copilot 或 Codex，并具备至少一个以 AI 工具为主力驱动的完整项目经验（必须会AI开发）
4.核心能力：了解Harness Engineering，擅长通过 Prompt Engineering 表达业务意图，具备利用 AI Agent 快速构建原型、重构代码及自动化测试的能力。
5. 必须有ToB、ToC电商类系统开发经验，如POS 、OMS系统，熟悉系统架构、功能模块和业务流程，能独立负责交易处理，订单管理，库存管理等核心模块。
6.本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，4 年以上 JAVA 开发经验
加分项：拥有Agent项目开发经验
