3、使用云端或本地私有大模型，结合向量数据库与开源框架，实现 RAG 检索增强生成、函数调用（Action/Tool Calling）、Agentic AI 工作流等核心能力；
4、搭建高可用推理服务与异步处理流水线，引入缓存、降本及监控机制，确保系统稳定性与可扩展性；
5、编写完善的单元与集成测试，沉淀可复用的模块与工程实践；
6、跟进并快速应用前沿 AI 技术，将多模态、GUI Agents、工具调用等能力落地到现场业务场景，推动产品智能化与创新。
任职要求：
1、学历本科及以上211/985，硕士；3 年以上 Python 后端或全栈开发经验，熟悉主流框架（如 FastAPI、Flask、Django 等），具备扎实的工程实现能力；
2、有完整的大模型应用开发与交付经验，能独立推动本地化或私有化模型方案上线；
3、对Agentic AI有深入理解与实践，熟悉函数调用、工具使用、规划与反思等机制。
4、具备良好的现场沟通与跨团队协作能力，能快速理解业务需求并推动复杂项目落地；
5、对前沿 AI 技术及应用场景有持续关注与学习热情，具备创新思维与实干精神。
