(abbreviated as: Meihao Real Estate, Shenzhen stock code 000667) through the acquisition of shares held by the state-owned shareholder Kunming Wuhua District State-owned Assets Management Office of Yunnan Huayi Investment Group Co., Ltd., becoming the largest shareholder of Meihao Real Estate.
After years of development and growth, it has become a diversified large-scale enterprise group integrating construction, commerce and trade, logistics, etc., involving many fields such as construction engineering, high-tech industry investment, financial securities investment, mineral resources, logistics and transportation, education, etc. Its main invested enterprises include Meihao Real Estate Co., Ltd.
