Position Overview
HIL Test Lead Engineer, is integral part of our Software Engineeringganization. This position take responsible as Software Quality Assurance leader of embedded software system , as well as developing executing Matlab Based HIL/ LabVIEW auto-test system to improve software qualifications efficiency Test coverage. This position involves working closely with several other engineers that including software , hardware , quality technicians reliability. The ideal candidate will be responsible ftesting validating embedded software systems fmotcontrol in Power tools Outdoequipment. This role requires a strong understanding of embedded systems, motcontrol Drive products(BLDC, SFOC…), LabVIEW/Matlab HIL testing methodologies to ensure the reliability performance of our products.
Job Description
• Guide Design verification validation environment (HIL，SIL，MIL) to meet Model based Design test goals
• Lead Design Review on Software Test Spec/ Test Case / Test Report generation, provide feedback on software black testing hardware integration Testing.
• Design Implement automatic test scripts manual test procedures that conform to motcontrol digital product function spec
• Design setup general tester to support various motcontrol modules. e.g.. different voltage, different control scheme.
• Perform functional, integration, system-level testing to ensure software quality compliance with specifications.
• Develop LabVIEW/Matlab based automated test scripts frameworks to improve testing efficiency.
• Help leadership in achieving speed, usability robustness objectives of all related systems, components, sub-assemblies.
• Translate customer requirements software specifications. Analyze test results, document findings, provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
• Maintain test environments, tools, equipment. Ensure that proper documentation is maintained fwork performed.
• Embrace team members, training technician to use the tester rig.

Employee Specifications
• BSEE higher from accredited electrical automation engineering college.
• 8+ years of experience in embedded software testing, preferably in motcontrol systems (such as PWM, PID…).
• Proficiency in testing language LabVIEW programming scripting languages like Python C++
• Hands-on experience with testing tools, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, debugging equipment.
• Familiar with software (Labview/Matlab /Python...)development processes controls (version control, unit testing, bug tracking).
• Strong communication interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with internal oversea team members.
• Proactive highly self-motivated
• Ability to handling 2-3 concurrent tasks.
• Proficient in English, both written spoken.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with power tools/ Outdoequipment similar products.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks continuous integration tools.
• Understanding of hardware-software co-design debugging.
Work Environment:
This position involves working in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams. Frequently hands-on testing in a lab setting may be required.
