职责描述：
1. 参与系统架构设计及系统框架的评估选型，重构、优化现有的技术架构；
2. 参与公司基础服务系统建设，负责技术难题预研与攻关，解决关键系统架构问题，对系统稳定性负责；
3. 参与公司后端业务系统的研发，深入理解业务需求，用技术支撑公司业务的快速发展；
4. 负责团队日常管理工作及任务分配，负责核心业务模块的编写，高质量完成负责模块，确保项目进度；
5. 完成团队安排的其他工作任务。
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业毕业，5年以上J2EE开发工作经验，精通主流开源框架，了解其设计及工作原理；
2. 具备扎实的Java编程基础，有良好的编码习惯，有较强的代码质量控制意识和良好技术文档能力；
3. 掌握关系型数据库（oracle、mysql等）至少一种，熟练掌握 SQL 语句；熟悉redis、mongodb、Memcached等常见 NoSQL 数据库；
4. 具备良好的设计模式理解能力，具有较好的算法基础，有团队管理经验者优先；
5. 良好沟通能力和团队协作能力，具有较强的工作责任心，快速学习能力，乐观积极进取；
6. 从事过中大型互联网项目相关开发，具有分布式系统、大数据、高并发等相关经验。
