岗位职责：
1．深度参与大模型应用开发，包括但不限于agent设计，RAG框架搭建。
2．知识库构建及应用，大模型本地部署。
3．协助团队进行项目技术方案设计与实施，解决开发过程中遇到的技术问题。
4．负责基于ROS/ROS2的机器人自主导航系统开发与维护，重点使用Nav2框架。设计并实现建图(SLAM)、定位(Localization)、路径规划与避障等模块。
任职要求：
1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，学信网可查学历，3年及以上相关工作经验；
2、具有扎实的 Python 编程基础，能够熟练使用 Python 机器学习工具库，熟悉 TensorFlow / PyTorch / XGBoost 等；
3、了解常用机器学习算法的基本原理及使用场景，包括线性回归、 Logistic 回归、朴素贝叶斯、 KNN 、随机森林等；
4、熟悉大模型相关技术及常用框架，包括提示工程、 RAG 、模型预训练、模型微调、模型部署等；
5、具有大模型应用、大模型开发平台的工程技术设计和开发实现经验，包括：智能知识库检索、智能客服、智能 SQL 分析等；
6．熟练使用Python进行ROS2节点开发、工具脚本及算法验证，有实际导航项目开发经验者优先。
