任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业，5年以上java后端开发经验；
2、理解java底层工作机制、JVM工作原理，熟悉设计模式、数据结构和算法；
3、掌握java主流开发框架，熟悉分布式、微服务架构，对新技术有一定的研究；
4、熟悉多线程，并发编程，异步io，网络编程框架，有扎实的编程基础和良好的代码风格，能够编写高质量技术文档；
5、熟练掌握常见mysql、mongodb、redis等数据库原理、数据库设计，对SQL调优有一定的见解；
6、熟悉主流网络通讯协议 (http，tcp\udp.websocket等)，消息中间件和流媒体推送等相关协议；
7、熟悉linux命令、会写shell，python等至少一种脚本，熟悉服务器搭建和部署；
8、有较强的动手能力，能够快速定位复杂问题并给出解决方案；
9、高度的责任心和投入度，热爱编程善于学习和与人沟通，为人正直、诚信，有较强的事业心，能够自我驱动；
10、有流媒体服务相关项目的开发和部署经验优先；
